Can't Perform a Single Push-up? Try this!
The push-up is a common exercise that can be quite difficult to do if you do not have any upper body strength. To do a proper push-up, you will need strong arms. The push-up exercise requires strength in the pectoral muscles, triceps, and anterior deltoids. However, to learn how to do push-ups, you shouldn't train with push-ups.
Why? Well, it's usually too much for your arms to handle at the beginning, which can become discouraging. A common push-up modifier of doing the push-ups on your knees is one of the ways that you can train for a proper push-up, but it doesn't directly help train your body for it because the angle of your push-up is different. So how do we train for the push-up?
