Here’s a 30-minute HIIT cardio workout that hits the upper body, Tabata-style! With no equipment needed, you can simply do this routine at home whenever it is convenient for you. Get your heart rate pumping with cardio! If you haven’t gotten your dose of activity yet, then here’s your chance to follow along and get sweaty.

If you’re familiar with HIIT routines, then Tabata can spice things up for you. Tabata is completed in four-minute increments and completed with higher intensity than other HIIT exercises and the rest period is usually shorter than HIIT routines (around 10 seconds). Because of this format, you can complete the routine a little quicker while still being effective at burning fat.
